Studies indicate that pregnant women with gum disease during pregnancy may have higher rates of miscarriage (pregnancy loss), pre-term birth (delivery before 37 weeks) and low birth weight babies (babies weighing less than 5.5 lbs). At some point in every mommys life, she finds herself having to rely on a quick-prep meal for her child. Even if youre completely dedicated to making home-cooked meals daily, things happen, whether its sickness, mommy tiredness, or being away from home. For my little family, theres a time coming up soon during which I wont be able to be super-mom for awhile Im having a baby!
