Realistic vehicles like these have always been popular with kids of all ages, especially dump trucks like the one we received thanks to Learning Curve! Although 8 inches sounds small, this is a hefty little truck, the perfect size for my 3-year-old to haul around with her everywhere. I fully intended to nurse Isaac (who is now 9 1/2 months) until he was a year, like I did Emma. But oh my word. Im seriously thinking about starting the weaning process now. Why, you ask? Why would I do such a horrible, heartless thing? One reason. PAIN. Isaacs first teeth recently came in, and now he has four very sharp, pointy vampire teeth. Okay, theyre not that pointy. But they are tiny and sharp. And when he nurses there are parts of me that are being rubbed raw to the point that it feels like FIRE when he is nursing. It hurt SO bad yesterday that I was looking up the symptoms of mastitis to see if I had an infection. But I didnt have all of the symptoms, it just hurt when he nursed. Knit Hats at Epic Yarns! Thanks to Erin at Epic Yarns, we received two of her handknit childrens hats for review! Arent they totally adorable in their knit hats? Isaac is sporting one of her Aviator Earflap Hats and Emma is wearing her new Purple Mountain Majesty Earflap Hats. Im very happy with the sizing (one of the most common disappointments in ordering clothes for kids online, right?), the quality of the yarn, and the workmanship. Youre able to choose from a list of cute descriptions (ex: social butterfly, handsome devil, wild child) to make your child a shirt that completely describes them.
