No More Tacky Bra Straps! (Exposed Envy Designer Bra Straps)

I am so excited about this post and this company!

Exposed Envy solves the problem that every woman faces every day: Ugly bra straps showing. Especially during the summer when I want to wear tank tops with spaghetti straps (and I never do in public). If youre wearing a white bra, theres the problem of the straps becoming discolored or looking unattractive its just a pain to have to think about!

I tried to solve this problem once a couple of years ago by wearing strapless bras, but that was not a comfortable solution for me. I felt like it was going to fall off and it really didnt give me that great of a shape, so I gave up.

When I first discovered Exposed Envy, I was ecstatic! Seriously, if I can have one less thing to worry about during the day Im beyond thrilled, especially if its something that makes me feel prettier. Designer bra straps? I am so in!

At Exposed Envy, there are a few different categories you can choose your straps from: Beaded, Fabric Sparkle, Printed, Solid Metal, Rhinestone, and Crystal Gem.

My personal favorite is the solid metal, seen in the last picture.

My Thoughts & Review:

Thanks to Exposed Envy, I received a pair of printed multicolor bra straps and a pair of red garnet and crystal bra straps for review. Let me tell you, the crystal straps are gorgeous! They sparkle and glisten and I couldnt wait to try them as soon as I saw them. I love the look of the colored bra straps, too sooo nice and comfortable for everyday wear! 🙂

How the straps work: Each strap has a hook on the end that you attach to a strapless/convertible bra. If your favorite bra isnt strapless or convertible, you can also easily make it compatible with your straps by snipping the ends and sewing into a loop the hooks can grab onto. Sounds complicated, but anyone with a needle and thread could do it in a minute! You can also attach straps to your favorite tops by using the same method. Final Thoughts: I love the way these look under tank tops! Instead of being tacky, I feel like Im making a fashion statement I actually want my bra straps to show because they dont look like bra straps!

The only thing that might deter some people from buying is the fact that you cant easily add them to any bra (you need a convertible or strapless) unless youre willing to do a little easy sewing. It doesnt scare me in the least, but I think it would be awesome if the site added a how-to video for those who are intimidated. 🙂

When I think of all the times Ive avoided buying a certain type of shirt because I didnt have the right kind of bra for it, I want to laugh. Now I have no fear! Mwahahaha!

The last thing I want to say that I LOVE is the fact that there are all kinds of price ranges at Exposed Envy. The printed bra straps are $7 each or 3 for $18 (SUCH a good deal!), and the prices go from there to about $40 for the elaborate rhinestone straps. For those prices, I can afford to stock up and replace the straps on all of my bras! And I can tell you I will be doing so. 🙂
