Episi-Prep Cream My Thoughts

I received the Intelliceuticals Episi-Prep Cream to try, and was not disappointed with it! What I like about this cream is the ingredients: Vitamin E oil, Comfrey essential oil, St. Johns Wort, Lavender essential oil, and Witch Hazel among others. The directions say to massage it on the perineal area up to three times a day to tone and prepare the area for stretching. You can also use it after birth for soothing the area (witch hazel is GREAT for after-birth soreness and pain).

I admit that I didnt use this as faithfully before birth as I should have. I received it in the last month but I thought my water broke or might have been leaking early and knew I wasnt supposed to put anything inside me if that was the case so I skipped doing any kind of massage prep just in case. However, I did use it a couple of times before and after and it is soothing. I can recommend the cream based on its ingredients, too. You cant go wrong with the essential oils they included its a terrific formulation! To see what each ingredient is and what it does for you, click here. ClearAway Cradle Cream My Thoughts

I was also able to try the IntelliCeuticals ClearAway Cradle Cream, a natural remedy for the annoying cradle cap that afflicts many babies in their few months. The ingredients include Almond essential oil (moisturizing), Marigold (gentle skin tonic), and two other herbs I havent ever heard of but are said to be good for healing.

I wasnt able to try this product for myself yet since my son hasnt had any signs of cradle cap in his first month (lucky us!), but I did ask a friend to try it on her six-month-old baby who had a particularly nasty case of cradle cap that wasnt going away. She followed the instructions to a T (Rub the cream into the scalp, then massage the scalp with a towel to free the dried flakes) and the cradle cap went away in the next few days! She was very happy with the results and the natural cream and wanted me to let you know that she recommends it. 🙂

Edited to add: I finally had the chance to use this myself and wow, it worked SO well! Isaac had cradle cap all over his head, forehead, and even eyebrows for days but after I put the cream on it started dissolving the yucky stuff away right away. The combination of the cream and warm bath cleared it right up. 🙂 Love this stuff!

You can purchase ClearAway Cradle Cream for $21.95 from Intelliceuticals.
