Gummy Lump Toys Review (Melissa and Doug Fold & Go Barn and Mini Horses!)

Ah, Gummy Lump. How I love your toys, your sales, and your customer service! I also love how easy you make it for me to stick to my budget with your ever-running toy sales and specials, categories like Toys Under $10, and how everything is searchable by childs age, brand, or type of toy! I just LOVE shopping at Gummy Lump!

Melissa and Doug Pasture Pals Mini Horses and Fold & Go Barn Review

Thanks to the awesome folks at Gummy Lump, Emma and I were able to review two terrific toys by Melissa and Doug: The Pasture Pals Mini Horses and the Fold & Go Barn Playset. You really cant go wrong with this brand I have loved every toy we ever received as a gift or purchased by Melissa and Doug. These two toys are no exception!

I wanted these Pasture Pals Mini Horses as soon as I saw them on Gummy Lump. First of all, shipping was super fast. And they are a GREAT price on sale at $15.99 (regularly $19.99)! Second, look at their faces. These are obviously nice mini horses, not cheaply or quickly made. Theyre also soft and velvety textured, like toys I had when I was a kid.

I was also pleased to find that they all stand well on their own. With the exception of one, anyway I just bent the ones leg out a bit and he stands up fine, though. Another great feature is on the back of the wooden case that holds the horses. It features each horse breed and tells a little bit about them. Yay for learning opportunities!

So guess what? These mini horses fit PERFECTLY in the Melissa and Doug Fold & Go Barn!

Speaking of which, the barn is another toy were absolutely loving. Its very sturdy due to it being made completely of wood and comes with a set of plastic farm animals, a foldable wooden fence, and a wooden ladder. It opens up to reveal stables and rooms for the animals to play, and has barn doors that slide open and closed.

I have nothing negative to say about these playsets theyre very well-loved! Theyre high-quality, made to last, great for pretend play, and are even nice for taking along with you. Keep in mind, though, that the barn doesnt have a latch to keep it shut while youre carrying it by the handle on top so things can fall out if youre not careful. I cant recommend these playsets more, and recommend checking out all of the Melissa and Doug toys on sale at Gummy Lump!
