The Toymaker’s Christmas: Paper Toys You Can Make Yourself! {Activity Book Review}

Oh. My. Word. This book is SO much fun, and not only this particular one but anything by Marilyn Scott-Waters! While looking for information online about The Toymaker I was beyond thrilled to find that there is an entire website full of online printable toys to make yourself! And theyre so detailed! Visit the free printable toys category, and be sure to sign up for the email newsletter (I did!) so youll know when new toys are added. So exciting!

Now back to the book Im supposed to be featuring (I got a little excited there). 😉 The Toymakers Christmas is full of holiday toys and dolls for me kids to play with! Heres a table of contents in pictures:

What I especially love about this book is that you dont have to spend hours cutting them out yourself just tear out carefully and put them together. Some require a little glue but thats no hassle at all and a great project for kids to do themselves. The artwork is truly gorgeous, detailed, and printed on heavy glossy paper.

Dont you love them already?

Emma and I chose a page and set to work, carefully tearing the adorable little people from the page. It was so easy and Emma played with them for quite awhile before I set them up so we could look at them. 🙂

I may have enjoyed trying different combinations a little too much. 😉
