Learning Resources Sky High Scoops Counting & Color Game Review + Giveaway

This is one of those reviews Im really excited about writing because I had SUCH a great experience with the company and products. As moms, we all have favored brands and toys for our children we know from experience which toys they play with the most, what stimulates their minds, and what brands sell the highest quality. For me, Learning Resources has been added to my mental list of top brands for moms. Why? Because of the selection, quality, and learning power they offer to kids of all ages!

But one of the top reasons is that their toys and games are just plain FUN. Kids will never know that mom is secretly teaching them math, science, reading, and even how to handle their money and time. Or, if theyre older and do know, theyll be having so much fun they wont care. 🙂

Sky High Scoops Colorful Count & Stack Game

Im a fan of their games in particular since introducing my daughter to Sky High Scoops, Learning Resources stacking game that teaches colors and counting for preschoolers. During gameplay, players are told to see how high they can stack the scoops without letting them topple over. One player will be asked to add one blue scoop, and the next to add three scoops of any color. The next player might be asked to remove two scoops. The ice cream bowl is giving all of the directions, and in a very clear voice. Its really very fun and simple perfect for preschoolers, who can become frustrated easily.

I wasnt sure if Emma would be able to play a game with me yet (shes 2 1/2), but she took to this game right away and loves it so much that she takes great relish in bringing it out and putting it away every day. Sometimes she plays by herself, other times I play with her she enjoys herself immensely either way!

What We Like

• There is an on/off control with volume control dial.
• It is for 2-4 players but little ones can practice their colors and numbers alone, too!
• The voice is clear and easy to understand (Emma has had no problem understanding).
• This game is colorful and attractive, a toy that no preschooler can resist!

Final Thoughts: This game is a total5 out of 5 stars and gets thumbs up from both me and my toddler! I couldnt be more pleased with how Emma responds to this game and all the practice shes getting learning her colors and counting, and she couldnt be more pleased with how much fun this game is! She really appreciates the electronic side to this game, and the challenge of trying to keep the scoops from falling. I anticipate that this will be a game she enjoys playing with friends and her little brother as she grows older.
